The present document constitutes the deliverable D8.2 “Advisory system for optimization and control of process operation” in the framework of  the project entitled “Optimization  and performance  improving  in metal  industry  by digital technologies” (Project Acronym: INEVITABLE; Grant agreement no.: 869815). It is based on the project proposal form established in the Grant Agreement and signed by the European Commission and the project coordinator. The main objective of this deliverable is to highlight the advisory systems developed in this project. The modeling algorithms behind these advisory systems are developed to predict the desulphurization reactions, control clogging, and forecast steel castability. Moreover, strategies developed based on process and sensor data analyses for state evaluation and stirring control in the RH treatments are also briefly highlighted.
