The present document constitutes the deliverable D3.4 of the SPIRE project titled “Optimization and performance improving in metal industry by digital technologies” (Project Acronym: INEVITABLE; Grant agreement no.: 869815).

The goal of WP3 of this project is the development of sensor technologies and respective hardware upgrades for extended data capture on the one hand, and definition of corresponding data storage and organization strategies on the other. The present deliverable contains details on the activities of WP3 with regard to long-term data sets and sensor evaluation for different processes of the three use cases.
