This document represents the deliverable D7.4 of the project INEVITABLE. The document aims to
provide more specific information about the implemented solutions for ZRM diagnostics, condition
monitoring and decision support solutions. The developed solutions are based on the previously
developed models prepared in WP4. The developed solutions provide functionalities for condition
monitoring of the selected cold-rolling equipment and for adjustments of rolling recipes and initial
rolling force. Each of the category of the solution has its own way of implementation, as described in
this document. The MindSphere ESP platform was used to directly implement the diagnostics for the
semi on-line monitoring of the equipment, while the REST-WS approach was used to implement the
off-line decision support for the rolling recipe and initial rolling force
