The present document constitutes the deliverable D8.3 “Finished industrial trials and evaluated operation of the supervisory system” in the framework of the project entitled “Optimization and performance improving in metal industry by digital technologies” (Project Acronym: INEVITABLE; Grant agreement no.: 869815). It is based on the project proposal form established in the Grant Agreement and signed by the European Commission and the project coordinator. The main objective of this deliverable is to describe the integration of the on-line predictive models with decision support rules and setpoint calculations into an advisory system and their implementation in the steel plants environment of the industrial partners Sidenor (SID) and voestalpine (VAS). Also, industrial trials were performed with the aim of a quantification of necessary optimization cycles of the online advisory system to improve its accuracy.
