The present document constitutes the deliverable D2.3 and includes the methodology, results and conclusions in the definition of specifications and requirements of Use case 2 linked to the online monitoring and control technology for ultra clean steel production at the steel plants of SID and VAS. It shall be used in the continuation of the project to follow up the KPIs linked with project objectives in order to check the achievement of the expected final project results. An action plan is issued to develop the actions that will be part of the different continuing WPs.
